We are so glad to share our love and passion of hatching eggs and Kikiriki chickens with you!

No matter where you are in your hatching or tiny chicken journey - Humble Hatchery is here to support you.

Before Kikiriki chickens - I was an avid hatcher of poultry and gamebirds (quail) and found my niche and love was for hatching and keeping Kikiriki chickens after hundreds of hatches and personal interest in the breed.

The heart of Humble Hatchery is the owner, Lindsay Gonzales, M.Sc. She has twelve years of teaching science to all age groups and has bachelor degrees from Concordia University Texas in Biology and Secondary Education and also a master of science degree in Biological Sciences from Texas A&M University - Commerce. Between research, teaching, and data analysis - two books were created. See Bookstore tab for more details.

The purpose of Humble Hatchery is to make hatching science and best practice accessible to everyone for their success in hatching eggs. The knowledge and history shared about Kikiriki chickens comes from intensive analysis of primary resources and my own science background and expertise in science communication.
